Paid for a diagnostic check 230.00 and after the check they ran the car and found it had a thermostat closed. They went ahead and replaced it ( another 700.00 worth of work and said it needed a new motor..cracked block.

Everything was good, except when my truck was finished, I never received a call to let me know. I dropped it off on Friday morning and had to call on Monday afternoon to find out it was done Friday afternoon. It was stated that it's a detailed process and may have trouble completing in a day, so I let them know it wasn't a rush, it could extend a day (to Monday) if needed. While it wasn't a big deal for me, it could be for someone else. My experience otherwise was great, including my ride home with Carolyn.
