First class service and follow up , women’s bathroom needs to be cleaned Had my wife change from Cadillac to Gordon, everything was awesome, except the condition of the women’s bathroom.

Dropped off my vehicle and was given a ride home with shuttle service, received a call in about 4 hours with my vehicle issues resolved, picked up my vehicle and good to go. Everything was covered under my excellent warranty.

I went in before 8am without an appointment. They had my car in and let me know what was wrong and my expected wait time. I was able to get a ride to work with the shuttle service provided. Ike called when my car was ready and the shuttle picked me up.
