Service is always great; HOWEVER, I have been waiting for Brett C. in used cars to provide a part he promised in January 2025. It is now June 2026. He gets a big fat ZERO. I have called multiple times with no success; I have left messages the last two days for the GM and have received ZERO response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and respect for the money I spent when I purchased the vehicle.

Joey gets my truck in and the service is done quickly. Gordon doesn't try to nickel and dime you either. Great experience. Thanks

The dealership is nice and clean and that day manager and employees are nice. The only thing with the person I worked with is that he is kind of a little rush. On the day I had appointment with him, I was about 10-15 mn late, he didn't even call or ask what happened, but then just said in general that "...he valued people's time...some people just do around...if they are serious about buying a car, yes, I would do my best to help...". I know it was my fault to be there a little late due to my work and the traffic. So, does he mean if people just do the walking around to see what care they like the most (like just looking...), then, he would not do his best? I had two negative experiences with Keith Pierson Toyota when I was looking for a car last year and this year, because they didn't really want to care about me... maybe the way I look as an Asian female elder and when I said my payment was about $300, they said they will call me back with a car I want, but they never did; so, I took that place off my car shopping list. Anyway, beside that opinion he shared with me on the day I was late for the appointment, everything is good. I like Nick. I would recommend him to my family and friends. His car sale experience helps my decision a lot. Thank you

Disappointed i have my truck in n out from service for three different times,is a week each time paying rental car but still not fixed i get this truck because the last one they can't figure out the problem now going through the same thing with this one, every time they said it fixed but it's not just running out of patience
