My overall experience getting my transmission replaced was by far the worse experience ever. I have been coming to this dealership for years and never left feeling like I would not ever bring my business back. I know the amount of time it took to get the transmission was out of the dealership hands but the things that were within their control like simple customer service was not there especially being without a vehicle for over 2 weeks and them not offering a loaner vehicle but a rental vehicle at my expense. There is not one particular person in the service department that I would place blame on, I just was not satisfied with the way it was handled.

Not much to say except GREAT WORKING WITH JOE ALEXANDER, polite, knowledgeable and just down to earth. I would recommend seeing him as your salesman. You really made it pleasant and fun with great conversation and upbeat attitude. Thank you Dee Ohrt

Had a very pleasant experience. Bill Normoyle (Our salesman), was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nikki Cisko, our finance officer, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and explained all options with patience and good humor (for a Bulldogs fan). Bought a used car from my neighbor and it had a couple problems so I took it here. Service was amazing!!! They fixed my car flawlessly. I've always tried to derail myself from a dealership but I will never do that again because these people changed my whole perspective. It was worth every penny. Talk to Cory in the service department and he'll take care of you. He's trustworthy, easy to talk to and will make sure he diagnosis the problem not create ones. 5 stats all the way

After he provided me the quote, we talked about a few other areas that I would like to get repaired, and the additional quote seemed fair. Work was done in a timely manner, and the truck looked like it just came from the factory upon completion.
